The hospital is fairly new and very clean.
I am totally satisfied with staff at West Middlesex University Hospital. They were very helpful and kind.
Can not praise Chelsea and Westminster facilities and staff more highly
.
From the start of all me treatment the hospital everything was 1st class, I cannot stress enough how great the teams of people / Doctors / Nurses /Surgeons everyone is who works there.
I had a skin cancer Basal Cell Carcinoma and has MOHS surgery and plastic reconstruction.
I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful group of humans from receptionists, nurses to surgeons who work at this fantastic hospital.

The actual medical care and consultation with Mr Warren and his specialist nurse practitioner was first class. But the greeting and checking in was very poor. Our (patients in waiting room) were shouted around the corridor with confusion as to who was who and what times we were. There was an hours wait but no one explained this and then talked loudly about closing The clinic at end of day but I had to go up and remind them I was still there for my appointment and they realised that they couldn't it close it yet. Felt very in respected, anonymous and unprofessional. Once in with the doctor the service was fantastic it is just a shame it was so let down by admin team before. Sure they are brilliant and have tough role to do but it was way off the mark of professionalism I would expect.
All staff were helpful , happy and efficient.
Our daughter was admitted with large kidney stones and was in a lot of pain. She was diagnosed quickly and admitted as an emergency for stenting which happened within 24 hours. Thanks to Shiv Pandian, the surgeon and his team and to the lovely nurses and sister on the acute ward plus to junior doctor Hannah Gill who was extremely helpful and professional in explaining everything to me, the mother, calmly. She also led us to Mr Attar, consultant urologist who we then transferred to privately for stone dispersal at the Princess Grace hospital. We can’t fault the nhs service at Chelsea, only reason for going private was the wait for the laser which would have been a month or more on the nhs and was available within a week privately. So very grateful for such excellent treatment, dedication so humbling and inspiring, thank you all.
